You may have noticed a new smiling face greeting you at our offices. That friendly visage belongs to Traci Jenkins, who joined the Jatana Spine staff as our new front desk receptionist in March. A 13-year veteran of the medical field, Traci has served as a medical transcriptionist, insurance coordinator and appointment scheduler. In her new position, she will answer calls, book appointments, process new patients and handle follow-up paperwork. Traci may also assist with some medical assistant duties, including handling imaging authorizations and referrals.
Traci attended Red Rocks Community College for medical transcription/terminology and studied American Sign Language at Coastal Carolina Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and entertaining her grandchildren.
