|  | Ortho/Spine Strongest Performing Unit at Rose Medical Center | May 26, 2010 | (DENVER)- The Ortho/Spine unit at Rose Medical Center has been ranked the strongest performing inpatient unit at the hospital, according to the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA)'s HCAHPS Rank Order Report for Q1 2010. This is most impressive as the overall patient satisfaction scores at Rose rank the highest in Denver.
The report collects data from all HCA facilities across America and ranks them according to specific domains including communication with nurses, communication with doctors, responsiveness with staff, pain management, communication about medicines, discharge information, cleanliness, quietness, overall rating and willingness to recommend
In the report, Rose placed 17th out of 139 HCA hospitals (placing in the top quartile) and Rose is also ranked the best in the Denver market. |
